Support for apps
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When I play the game on my iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, it crashes. What can I do?
A: First, please report the crash to us at the e-mail address below. It may be a bug which we should fix.
However, one common reason for crashes is that the app runs out of memory. To avoid this problem you can restart the device before starting apps that require a lot of memory.

Q: When I play the game on my iPhone or iPod touch, it says that I'm running out of memory. However, I have a 16GB iPhone and it isn't even nearly full. How can this happen?
A: There are two types of memory in the device: storage space and fast memory. The device is not usually running out of storage space, which can be 8GB, 16GB, or even 32GB. What happens is that the device is running out of fast memory which it only has 128MB, 256MB, or 512MB. Many devices have only 128MB. Restarting the device usually helps as it frees memory (see the question above).
